Falls Lake Challenge Results

Many thanks to all the racers who came out to race the inaugural Falls Lake Challenge! There were 36 teams/ 95 racers participating. This group of race starters takes the total number of Bushwhack Adventures event starters over the 1,000 mark!

The day started with a little pre-race rain, then remained mostly cloudy until the race ended. The sun came out to help dry off the racers who chose to take a dip in the lake as the results were processed. Just as we started the awards ceremony, a huge dark cloud appeared on the horizon. It was quite ominous and headed our way across the lake. In a repeat of the Gleneagles awards, the rain arrived just as the last awards were given out, scattering the crowd.

Division winners were:
2 Coed - redwinefreaks
3 Coed - GoBushwhack.com
2 Female - All Butter
3 Female - Team Green
2 Male - Gung Ho
3 Male - TBD
4 Male - Va Mountain Men

We'll post more pictures from the race soon.
